Transaction code to check warehouse stock with storage section

Log in to your SAP system using your credentials.

Access the Materials Management
(MM) module by navigating to the relevant transaction code(LX02/LX03) this transaction code used for Wearhouse Stock check (Floor/Aisles or Bins Wises)

You can follow these steps:

If you know about the Wearhouse stock -> Entry the Transaction Code LX02 -> and than Enter

 


After that -> Open WM Stock: Initial Screen -> Fill up the all necessary field likes ->

  • Wearhouse Number
  • Storage Type or Storage Bin (Individual or Range of Bins)
  •  Program Perimeters -> Site/Good Receipt Date/Stock Category

Fill up all details as per your required result 

 

 

Within the appropriate field or
tab, you should find information related to the maximum storage or inventory
capacity for the material. This capacity is typically measured in units such as
quantity, weight, or volume.

 

  • Wearhouse number
  • Storage Type (R01 to R31)
  • Press F8 for Execution 

 

 
In the Material Master data, look for the field or tab that provides information about the storage or inventory capacity. The field name may vary depending on the version of SAP you are using, but common field names include “Storage Location Data,” “Plant Data,” or “Inventory Management.”
 
Enter the relevant criteria to
specify the warehouse or storage location for which you want to view the stock.
You can enter the warehouse number or storage location code in the appropriate
field.

Execute the report or query by
clicking the “Execute” or “Display” button. This will
display the stock information for the selected warehouse or storage location.

The system will show the stock
levels for each material stored in the warehouse, including information such as
the material code, description, available quantity, and any other relevant
details.

Enter the relevant criteria to specify the warehouse or storage location for which you want to view the stock. You can enter the warehouse number or storage location code in the appropriate field.

 

 

Execute the report or query by clicking the “Execute (F8)” or “Display” button. This will display the stock information for the selected warehouse or storage location.

 

 

  • Press F9 (In the Clipboard) -> and Than paste the copy data in excel sheet
  • Go to List -> Export -> Spreadsheet -> Save the Dump in Excel format
  • This process done by short cut (Shift + F4)

 

To find the capacity of storage bins in SAP, you can use the
following steps:

Log in to your SAP system and navigate to the Warehouse
Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.

Access the transaction code LX03 (This T-Code For Empty and Full Bins Details Check). This transaction code
allows you to display the storage bin master data.

Enter the warehouse number where you want to find the
storage bin capacity and press Enter.

On the next screen, enter the storage bin you are interested
in or leave it blank to display all storage bins in the warehouse. Click on the
Execute button.

The system will display a list of storage bins based on your
selection criteria. Look for the storage bin you want to check and double-click
on it to view its details.

In the storage bin details screen, you should be able to
find information about the capacity of the storage bin. It may be displayed in
terms of volume, weight, or other relevant measurements, depending on how your
system is configured.

 

  • Press F9 (In the Clipboard) -> and Than paste the copy data in excel sheet
  • Go to List -> Export -> Spreadsheet -> Save the Dump in Excel format
  • This process done by short cut (Shift + F4)

To find the capacity Used per Storage Type in SAP, you can use the following steps:

 

 

 

Log in to your SAP system and navigate to the Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.

Access the transaction code LX04 (This T-Code For No. of Empty Bins). This transaction code allows you to display the storage bin master data.

Enter the warehouse number where you want to find the storage bin capacity and press Enter.

Execute the report or query by clicking the “Execute (F8)” or “Display” button. This will display the stock information for the selected warehouse or storage location.

 

After execute the report press F9 For Details Analysis view or “Display” button. This will display the stock information and No. of Empty Bins/Occupied Bin
